Fr. S. Stephen Jayard, a Papalite (Philosophy 1991 & Theology 1997), belonging to the Diocese of Tiruchirapalli, Tamil Nadu, India, is now a formator at Papal Seminary and an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Philosophy, JDV. Having a Doctoral Degree in Philosophy of Science, he lectures at several Institutes, presents papers at the national / international conferences and holds seminars on “Motivation” and “Management” at Colleges and Parishes. He has been a visiting faculty at Sogang University, Seoul, South Korea, and International Institute of Information Technology (IIIT), Hyderabad. His publications include: Annai Mariyavin Bhakti Muyarchi (2005), Sella Vazhi Sellave (2008), Thalaipida Mudiyatha Nool (2011), Towards a Theory of Rationality in Science – A Plea for Reasonableness (2012), and Mary for Modern Times – Meaning and Message of Marian Devotion (2014) and A Book That Cannot Be Titled (forthcoming, 2015) several papers in the national and international journals.
