Fr. (Joe) S. Francis Manickam belongs to the diocese of Aizawl, Mizoram. He did his Master’s degree at JDV and Doctoral Studies in the University of Madras. Currently, he is a resident staff in Papal Seminary and teaching staff in the Faculty of Philosophy, JDV. Before joining JDV, he was a resident staff in Oriens Theological College, Mawlai, Shillong.
